Start & finish
We’ll meet near the 3 Locks Brewing Company in Camden (see map below).
Route
From there, we’ll run along the canal heading into Regent’s Park, where we’ll do a short loop before heading back towards Camden.
Distance & pace
Total distance will be about 5km and you can expect an easy, conversational pace.

Start run at 5:15 sharp. The first few hundred meters may be slow depending on how busy Camden is…
AROUND 6PM
We’ll be back at the 3 Locks Brewing Company around 6pm for an optional drink. Honest burgers can be ordered there if you’re hungry!

What to bring
Appropriate running shoes & attire, which depending on the weather may include water, a cap and/or a rain jacket. Please note there will be no bag drop.
Toilets
There are toilets at the start & finish (also in Regent’s Park around the halfway mark).

We’ll meet and finish under the colourful arch of the 3 Locks Brewing Company in Camden (Arch 14, 15 Water Lane, Hawley Wharf, London NW1 8JY).
It’s about a 5 minute walk from Camden Town station or Camden Road overground.
