From social runs and relaxed workshops to more challenging races, our events are open to all runners.

Whatever your pace or background, you’ll be made to feel welcome.

SATURDAYS AT 10AM, CAMDEN

We organise weekly 5km runs in Regent’s Park & Camden. These are relaxed, beginner-friendly and finish with coffee. You can expect a conversational pace, usually around 6:30-7:00min/km. It’s free to join.

26 APRIL 2026, CAMDEN

A 75-minute yoga workshop tailored for runners. You’ll learn how yoga can support your running with targeted stretches to ease tight muscles, strength work to help prevent injury, and restorative poses to improve recovery.

Relaxed environment, beginners very welcome.

19 SEP 2026, LONDON

    If you have any specific concerns or questions about an event, please email us at team@undergroundrunclub.co.uk or reach out via Instagram. We’d love to hear from you.

  • Social runs: No need to be a fast runner. Pace is intended to be conversational. It’s usually around 6:30-7:00min/km are we’re happy to slow down or take a break if needed!

    Races: Any cut-off times will be clearly specified in the race description page, allowing you to work out the required pace.

  • Socials runs & workshops: Comfortable, weather appropriate attire.

    Races: Depending on the time of the year, additional items may be specified in the race description page (e.g. waterproof jacket).
