SPIRAL
THE
Just you, the track and your mind.
For 6 hours.
How far can you go?
ABOUT THE SPIRAL
The Spiral is a 6-hour endurance track race designed to challenge your mind as much as your legs. It’s just you and the track, 400-meter loop after 400-meter loop. No changing scenery, no distractions.
It’s a raw test of how far you can go in 6 hours. For some, this will mean pushing the boundaries well beyond an ultra. For others, this is a chance to reach a new milestone in a crowd-free setting.
The Spiral format welcomes all abilities. There’s no pressure to run for the full 6 hours. You’re free to run, walk or mix both to pace your effort.
Whether you're chasing a personal best or just trying to keep sane while circling the track, we invite you to dig deeper than ever before. Or simply show up and see what happens! Go on, go inspire yourself.
