Kick-off 2026 with a yoga workshop specifically for runners! This workshop is suitable for all abilities, including those new to yoga.

You can expect:

  • Targeted stretches to release overworked muscles and improve running mobility

  • Strength work for injury-prevention

  • Restorative poses to aid with recovery

  • A relaxed environment in a small class format

Workshop Details:

  • Date: Sunday 25 January 2026

  • Time: 3:30pm to 4:45pm

  • Venue: Boutique yoga studio (Finchley Road, Camden)

  • Workshop led by Marion, qualified yoga teacher and ultra runner, who completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Jason Crandell & Jasmin Bahia

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow for movement

  • Jumper & socks for relaxation at the end

  • Water (optional)

Please note that participants must be aged 18 or over, and that practicing yoga is not advised during the first trimester of pregnancy.
