We were truly inspired by every single person who showed up at the Spiral. And for those who where there, you’ll probably recognise yourselves and others:

The runners who came for the vibes, to carry the boats, or because they’d lost at poker.

Those who walked, cried, smiled or hobbled their way to new distances.

Those who nailed their pacing, hydrating and fueling. And those who hit PBs so wild we couldn’t possibly shout loud enough.

Those who continued moving long after everything went wrong, or made the brave decision to stop. And those who forgot their own pain to lift others.

The friends, parents, siblings, partners, children and coworkers who showed up to support their people. And our volunteers, who went above & beyond and could never be thanked enough…
