THE SPIRAL RETURNs to london FOR ITS SECOND EDITION IN sep 2026.
6 hours, no finish line.
It’s just you, the track and your mind.
Will you spiral?
ABOUT THE SPIRAL
The Spiral is a 6-hour endurance track race designed to challenge your mind as much as your legs. It’s just you and the track, 400-meter loop after 400-meter loop. No changing scenery, no distractions, and no finish line.
It’s a raw test of how far you can go in six hours. For some, this will mean pushing the boundaries well beyond an ultra. For others, this is a chance to reach a new milestone in a crowd-free setting.
FRIENDLY, STRIPPED-BACK
There’s no pressure to run for the full six hours. The Spiral welcomes all abilities. You’re free to run, walk or mix both to pace your effort - just like many participants did last year.
Friendly people will be there to support you, whether you're chasing a personal best or just trying to keep sane while circling the track. But don’t expect any glitz and glamour, this is a low-key event!

WHY SPIRAL?
Running laps around a 400-meter track for hours is, by most standards, insane. That’s exactly why we’re doing it.
